We accept the following debit and credit cards as methods of payment :

In certain circumstances we can accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please email contactus@cheaperthanthehighstreet.com and we will advise how to proceed. If we agree to accept payment by cheque or postal order, these must be in UK pound sterling (£) and made payable to Cheaper than the high street.com

AMERICAN EXPRESS - We do not accept payment by American Express

PAYPAL - We do not currently accept payment by PayPal.

CASH - Under no circumstances will we accept payment in cash. For your own security please do not send cash through the post.

GIFT VOUCHERS - We do not offer, nor have we ever offered, gift vouchers for purchase. We do not accept any form of gift voucher as part payment or whole payment against an order.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS - From time to time we may offer promotional discounts on Cheaper than the high street.com and subsidiary websites; third party websites; emails and advertising. These promotional discounts will be clearly marked with a promotional code that will be accepted by our payment system at the shown discount or promotional offer value.

Dependent on the type of promotional discount offered will dictate whether the code can be used once only or is a multiple use code. This will be clearly stated next to any given promotional code.

All codes issued, whether for single or multiple use, will have a clearly marked expiration date. If the expiration date has passed any given promotional code will be inactive.

“Free goods offers”.  We will from time to time offer products free of charge.  These will be genuine free of charge offers, available on selected products that may or may not currently be for sale on our website. They will be offered to customers on a strictly first come, first served basis and restricted to one free good per customer & household only. 

By taking advantage of any “free goods offers”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all our “free goods offers” terms and conditions.

If your email address; billing address or shipping address has been previously registered to our website and already used in conjunction with the current “free goods offers”, then any subsequent orders placed against free goods offers will be cancelled.

Abuse of these free goods offers will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to withdraw “free goods offers” at anytime.

“Free goods offers” are subject to stock availability and are finite.

Although the “goods” will be free of charge, the offer will have a carriage charge.  The carriage charge will levied to UK customers at the cost of either first or second class carriage, based on product weight.  For non-UK customers, the carriage charge levied will be our normal shipping charges.
