How to return an item.
1/ Log into your account (click here to login)
2/ Click completed orders (located on the left-hand side)
3/ Select the item you want to return, my clicking return item
4/ Please follow instructions, selecting reason for return & if a exchange or refund is required.
5/ Once we have authorised your return please, post your item to the following address :

Please note : If you are having problems with return a item to us via the steps above then, please email us at contactus@cheaperthanthehighstreet.com with your full name, order number, if a exchange or refund is required and reason for return.
Cheaper than the high street.com want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We guarantee that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product ordered from our website, you can return it to the address below in an as new condition, within our 14 day home approval period for a complete refund. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Your 14 days commence on receipt of goods or 7 days after goods dispatch date, whichever is soonest. If during this period the goods prove unsuitable they can be returned to us for exchange or refund.
If goods are returned outside of our 14 day home approval period, we may choose not to accept them and a charge for sending the goods back to you may be levied. If, in our sole discretion, we decide to accept goods sent back outside our 14 day home approval period, we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the late return. Currently this charge is £2.50 per item. You will be notified of this charge before we process the return.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our policy.
DISTANCE SELLING - Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order anytime up to and including the seventh day after the day of delivery (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). This right extends to any product purchased from Cheaper than the high street.com apart from products made to your specifications or those clearly personalised which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. The exclusion also applies to products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Further details of this right to cancel can be obtained by contacting your local Trading Standards office or through your local Citizen Advice Bureau.
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel under these regulations you must immediately return to us, at your own cost, the products that you do not wish to keep. If you cancel within this statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid concerning the goods, less any charge we make for collecting the goods if you do not return them at your own cost.
RETURNS - When returning goods, whether within the 14 day home approval period, as a result of exercising your rights to cancel under the Distance Selling Act or due to a product fault please return them using Royal Mail or your own courier.
It is imperative that you obtain proof of postage or a receipt for all goods sent back to Cheaper than the high street.com.
If sending goods via Royal Mail, free certificates of posting are available from your post office. Unless you can produce a proof of postage certificate or a courier receipt, we will not be held liable for returns mislaid in transit.
FURTHER NOTES - Failure to produce a certificate of postage (from a Post Office) or a receipt (from a courier) when a parcel has been mislaid in transit will mean that we will not be able to honour your return.
If you are returning goods that have been paid for by debit/credit card, the card adjustment will be made directly to your account. Dependent on when your return is processed and when you receive your statements will determine when the refund will appear. If the refund does not appear on the very immediate statement following a return, please wait until the next statement before contacting Cheaper than the high street.com to discuss your return/refund.
